 Over years especially in country like India ... An identification for an individual has got into various different parts ... where for an individual has to submit ration cards ... pan cards ... passport and many other documents as an identification ... what REally That could happen is ONE POINT CONTACT ... ONE DOCUMENT ... ONE SMART CARD ... which can really have everything that is required of a person that can identify all the necessary details ... right from birth to education to living proof ... which will really get all the processes at an lightning speed ... its gonna be very very difficult and is an organised process ... but i hope one day we see this thing implemented on some level.
